By reserving a stay, entering the property, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Rates are quoted per night and exclude taxes and applicable destination fees unless otherwise stated.
• A one-night deposit is charged at booking to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations made 72 or more hours before arrival receive a full refund. Later cancellations forfeit the first-night deposit.
• Government-issued photo ID and a valid form of payment are required at check-in.

• Guests must be 18 or older to enter the gaming floor, place a wager, or purchase alcohol.
• Smoke-free areas, dress code, and quiet hours are posted throughout the property and must be observed.
• Noctis Palace may refuse service or ask any guest to leave where conduct threatens the safety of staff or other guests.

• All gameplay takes place on-property, at the tables and in the halls posted on the destination map.
• House rules for each game are available at every table and govern any dispute. Decisions of the pit boss are final.
• Noctis Palace is committed to responsible gambling. Please see our Responsible Gambling page for tools, resources, and self-exclusion options.
• Guests may set personal loss and time limits at the guest services desk; our staff will honor those limits across the property.

Gaming at Noctis Palace is entertainment. We do not encourage play as a source of income. Where a guest, a companion, or our staff has concerns, we will pause play, offer a break, and connect the guest with confidential support at 0808 8020 133.

• All charges are settled at check-out unless prior arrangement has been made.
• Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the folio date and will be reviewed by the reservations manager.

“Noctis Palace”, the crescent mark, and the wordmark are trademarks of the destination. All property imagery, menus, and written material are protected by copyright. Do not reproduce without written permission.

Noctis Palace is responsible only for loss or damage caused directly by our negligence. We are not responsible for consequential losses, personal effects left unattended, or actions of third-party operators (transport, ticketed performers, off-property venues).

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the property operates. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights.
