Reservations & Stay
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early arrival and late departure requests can be arranged through the concierge, subject to availability.
Is a deposit required at booking?
A one-night deposit secures your reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival receive a full refund; later cancellations forfeit the first-night charge.
Do you offer packages that combine dining and stays?
Yes. The 'Nightside' package pairs a two-night stay with a tasting menu at Atria and access to The Owl Lounge. See the Offers page for current bundles.
The Casino
What is the minimum age to enter the gaming floor?
Guests must be 18 or older to enter the gaming floor and to place any wager. Government-issued photo ID is required.
Do I need to be a hotel guest to play?
No. The gaming floor, restaurants, and entertainment venues are open to visitors as well as hotel guests.
Are player rewards available?
The Noctis Circle rewards program tracks in-person play across the floor. Enrollment is complimentary at the guest services desk.
Amenities & Services
Is valet parking available?
Yes. Complimentary valet is included for hotel guests. Day visitors can validate parking at any restaurant or on the casino floor.
Do you accommodate accessibility needs?
The property is fully accessible: step-free routes across every floor, adapted suites, and portable listening loops available on request.
Are pets welcome?
Well-behaved dogs up to 20 kg are welcome in Meridian and Champagne rooms with prior arrangement.
